FVS JASMINI Publisher is an internal application operated by FRIHET for managing the official JASMINI YouTube channel.

This Privacy Policy explains how the application accesses and uses information provided through Google and YouTube APIs.

1. Information We Access

Depending on the permissions granted by an authorized user, the application may access information associated with the connected YouTube account, including:

• YouTube channel information;

The application only requests access required for its internal content management functions.

2. How We Use Google and YouTube Data

Google and YouTube data is used solely to operate and manage the official JASMINI YouTube channel.

OAuth credentials and authentication tokens are stored only in secured internal systems used to operate the application.

OAuth client secrets, access tokens, and refresh tokens are not intentionally exposed through this website or public source repositories.

Access is limited to authorized FRIHET personnel.

5. Data Sharing

Google and YouTube account data accessed by the application is not sold or shared with unrelated third parties.

Data may only be processed by systems or service providers necessary to operate the application and its authorized functions.

6. Data Retention

Data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the authorized YouTube management workflow or satisfy operational and legal requirements.

Users may revoke Google account access at any time through their Google Account permissions.

7. Revoking Access

Authorized users may revoke access granted to FVS JASMINI Publisher through their Google Account security settings.

After access is revoked, the application will no longer be able to access the connected YouTube account unless authorization is granted again.

8. Security

FRIHET applies reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect authentication credentials and account information.

Secrets and OAuth tokens are not intended to be committed to public source repositories or exposed in public application pages.

9. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when the application, applicable APIs, or legal requirements change.
